For returns due to customer preference, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • All original accessories and components must be included
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition
  • The item must show only normal handling (damage caused by misuse is not eligible)
  • Hygiene-sensitive items must be kept clean before initiating a return
  • Any defective item must be reported as soon as possible after delivery

We reserve the right to charge return shipping costs to the customer.

Returns are processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, the return will be approved within this timeframe.

We also reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is found to have been used or damaged due to customer responsibility.


Return Process

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

  • Shipping address

After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.

⚠️ Please do not send the item back to the original sender address without instructions. You must wait for confirmation from our team.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.


Cancellations

Before shipment

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible by email.

After shipment

Our system is fully automated and orders are processed immediately after confirmation. Therefore, cancellations after shipment are not possible.

In this case, please wait for the delivery and then request a return according to this policy.


Cooling-Off / Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing for personal use (not related to business or commercial activity), you have the right to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions.

Withdrawal period

You have 30 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the last item of your order.

To exercise this right, you must clearly inform Nandi Cape Town of your decision to withdraw (e.g. by email).

The withdrawal is completed once the goods are received by us.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.


Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

You must wait for the delivery and then proceed with a return. You may, however, notify us in advance of your intention to return the item.

To ensure fast processing, please inform us as soon as the shipment is confirmed.


Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice and returned goods (excluding additional costs for non-standard shipping).

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

No refund fees will be charged.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement (shipping covered by us)
  • Full refund

You will not incur any costs in such cases.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, including photo or video evidence of the issue. Once confirmed, we will proceed promptly.
